Robin Milstead is the founder and CEO of Hired Studio, a leading recruiting and human capital firm. Robin is a graduate of Texas Tech University, where she received a BA in English.

After graduation, Robin launched her career in marketing and quickly landed in executive recruiting in Houston, Texas with a focus on Accounting and Finance in the oil and gas industry. Over the years she built long lasting trusted relationships with clients and held roles in corporate recruiting, beginning with a large petrochemical company. She continued to grow her career in corporate recruiting specializing in tax recruiting with PwC and The Walt Disney Company. During her career, she prided herself in her ability to build bridges with clients and always find common ground. While at Insperity, she accomplished this many times over as a Performance Consultant where she built internal recruiting programs for middle market high-growth companies, and training recruiters to optimal performance. She worked to implement RPO’s for small businesses with high volume needs and oversaw their success. Over the years, she has placed hundreds of candidates from managers to the C-Suite and consulted with middle market companies on their strategic human capital needs. She is a trusted advisor who companies seek out and refer to others.

When Robin isn’t recruiting the next Director of Tax or implementing a new recruiting tool for a company, she is spending time with her daughter and their two dogs. She also travels often and particularly enjoys travel to South America.
